I am not a fan of the seasonal-only aspect of @nycdot.bsky.social's open dining program. It should be all year so that struggling restaurants don't have to pay to store and set up/break down their sheds. Restaurants are paying a fair price to be in the program, so seasonality is the wrong way to go.
