North Duffield carrs:
Scaup, dunlin, redshank, great egret, pintail, wigeon, stonechat marsh harrier and with patience and rain eased briefly the magnificent white tailed eagle appeared out of the gloom. Flew from River bank to distant tree ~12.. honestπŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈ

Highlights from @tophilllow.bsky.social 3 russian white-fronted geese first picked up on size as they flew by with greylags, then they slid in on the ice at Watton.

Didn't catch up with the white tailed eagle this visit.
Nice to see great egret & little at East Cottingwith.
Most other birds seen were flying along the river from Aughton, marsh harrier buzzard & wildfowl incl pintails wigeon & teal.
