Trying to gameplan when we can restart our school bike bus this year as it runs right along the south side of the square from Kedzie north turning right onto Logan Boulevard.

They don't currently where they're installed in alleys around Chicago. We've had 4-5 in our alley for the last 3+ years, no damage.

And, for that matter, have CDOT bring the bumps and bolts to traffic study days, if there are >X stop sign runs during the course of the study, then install immediately.

I don't understand why we can't put one of these at each stop sign line.

You would not hear an objection from me.

This statement got me. How much of speeding / cut through traffic on residential streets is a result of Google Maps, Waze etc? Rather than place the burden on cities to install thousands of speed humps, diverters, bump outs etc - could ordinances require through traffic to be mapped to arterials?

FWIW I've successfully challenged every one of these fees, just click help and explain the situation to the chat agent. I don't think the maps they use accurately capture all street signs that you could reasonably lock to - the fees I received were for when we were locked to a legit sign. Annoying.
