Wer Windows11 mit seinen Sicherheitsfunktionen einsetzt, verwendet vermutlich implizit Hyper-V, da Microsofts "Virtualization Based Security" (VBS) darauf aufsetzt.
Da es nur einen Hypervisor geben kann, muss Virtualbox nun dessen API verwenden, was es deutlich verlangsamt.

final steps to setup Hyper-V networking

installing PostgreSQL, Podman to run Oracle 26ai from Oracle container-registry and Docker to run Patroni - all together possible within less than 15 minutes (if the data rate is not throttled - as unfortunately happening to me - sorry)
