Recently had to replace old Dakine one that was stolen out of my rental car. Went with REI co-op. Laptop slot is big, can strap my hoodie to the outside, top pocket for charger and headphones. fits under the💺. I hate dealing w overhead space. All with a lead dog, laptop, and a few days of clothes.

It’s an awful task. I believe so many bad employers survive by being marginally less annoying than job hunting.

Working in the medical equipment field. Kaiser scares me. Not that it’s necessarily dangerous. Just that it’s the cheapest they can get away with. Wouldn’t surprise me about the app.

We have the sand bees that dig burrows but I’ve never seen blue ones here. We do have tarantula hawks though.

Well, I learned something new. I had never heard that term before.

Lots of incredible r&d from Baja racing showing up at dealerships because there’s still room in the rules for it. NASCAR of old brought some advancements until they stopped regulating just the safety and started going for crashes, ratings, and drama with crap like forced cautions and identical cars.

Rally is cooler but I don’t think that’s a result of the type of racing but the sanctioning bodies. Rally still has room in the rule book for r&d where nascar has regulated the sport into cookie cutter automobiles, the emblem painted on the hood is irrelevant.
