Only a couple of days to go before Kinson Lodge meet again at Ferncroft Road. The Brother being raised to the sublime degree has chosen the menu for the night. Brethren will be dining on a soup starter, gammon and pineapple, apple crumble and custard, and a cheese board with coffee or tea of course

We’re fast approaching our next regular meeting on the 18th February. There’s a proposal for a new candidate, a third degree by request and a presentation to the Royal British Legion on the agenda so it’s going to be a busy night. Oh, and it’s our Past Masters’ Night too!

Before Christmas our Master, WBro Darren and social events guru, Bro Pete, visited Julia’s House in Corfe Mullen to present them with a cheque for £430. This is a third of the proceeds from our Oktoberfest event

Another prospective candidate added to Hermes today and our secretary was handed details of two more joining members last night.

Burns’ Night is fast approaching, but we’re already taking bookings for our 18th February meeting, which is going to be something really special. A third degree by request, some cheque presentations and several visiting lodges, all eager to experience our hospitality.

Tonight it’s the Kinson Lodge Christmas committee meeting, where we don Christmas jumpers (it’s Christmas jumper day) and discuss what’s ahead for the happy lodge. With a crammed work programme and more waiting to join us, the future is very bright at 5331.

Another prospective candidate has now been added to the list. The process towards his initiation will begin as soon as possible and with minimal delay. We cannot allow time to drag on for those who are keen to join the fraternity, so he and his family will be invited to social events we have planned

The Kinson Elves have done it again! With a very depleted team the Christmas decorations went up yesterday to brighten up the festive season ahead. Well done team, it’s always appreciated.

Freemasonry is not illuminati and illuminati is most certainly not Freemasonry. You don’t join Freemasonry to gain but to give, to make good men better.

After what can only be described as a success, Kinson Lodge are now working towards the Christmas meeting on Tuesday the 17th December. The focus is certainly having fun while generating much needed money for charity. Places are already filling up so please book in as soon as possible

With 68 Brethren in attendance, we initiated Bro Alex into Kinson Lodge tonight. There’s a real buzz with a full Lodge room, so much fun and enthusiasm demonstrating what freemasonry is all about. There’ll be a full report on the Kinson Lodge FB page soon

There’s a full agenda for tonight’s meeting at Kinson Lodge, ceremony of the empty chair, a eulogy for the PPGM, a joining member and an initiation for a new brother. 63 brethren are booked in to attend the happy lodge.

Perhaps we could all tag in comments a Mason or lodge we know, and they can tag another, and it will help create a long circle around the Masonic world on BlueSky, to help others find members of the community?
