Spelling and grammer is fine. It's content which is not. And I suspect this is because more informal style has lead senior colleague to believe they can also relax level of professionalism which is still required #HRHour
I like to suggest someone might want to consider how they may feel if they had to listen to something they'd written being read aloud publicly but without being able to provide any further context or explanation π€¨ #HRHour

Agreed. Good management is also similar to HR when it's delivered well and in unnoticed (until it's gone)

That works. However, think more often than not detailed performance reviews usually only happen annually. When they focus on what has happened over past year + (quickly) conclude with targets for next one. This seems stale, + I know we can do better (+our people deserve more and want it too)
