Only just realised it’s approaching (next few weeks) the 1st year of taking up running as a hobby and it’s been one hell of an experience physically and mentally but wouldn’t change it for the world 💙🙂 it’s made me feel stronger and a much fitter person as a result.

One thing I will say, Rhys Carr deserves credit for changing things around the 55th minute mark today for the substitutions and actually was proactive. A major criticism of MR was not using the sub’s bench effectively in my opinion #pusb
