It worked! Thanks.

Shocked to be in my 84th year. Lifelong blue voter, though I don't post or comment about politics, just cats, nature, photos, gardens, food. Buddhist, lapsed meditator, but still trying (often failing) to live the teachings of the Dhamma. Go Ducks!
It worked! Thanks.
01.03.2026 01:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Aha. I think Iβve got it!
01.03.2026 01:38 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Iβm mostly blind to the whole thing. There are days like this.
01.03.2026 01:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I have struggled with this one! No pangram and I think maybe 20 words.
01.03.2026 00:58 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The beginnings of a red tulip.
Some rather ragged looking Vinca.
An equally ragged looking hyacinth trying to grow.
Cold and dreary this morning, but I found a few bright spots in the garden. And, thankfully my pea seedlings survived the night and look happy.
28.02.2026 17:03 β π 26 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It's certainly not helping our health any.
28.02.2026 14:20 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thank you. Same back at you!
28.02.2026 14:19 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Good morning Jean! Thank you. Looks like it's going to be a lazy one around here.
28.02.2026 13:15 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Gray and white tabby, sound asleep on a desk, the close-up showing his smile and whiskers.
Stretched out view of a gray and white tabby sleeping on a desk, across his mom's left arm.
Sleepy Spencer wishes all his feline friends and their humans a happy #Caturday. He had his usual morning cuddle on mom's desk for awhile, but has moved to his basket.
28.02.2026 13:02 β π 33 π 0 π¬ 5 π 0I was a teenager in his heyday, in the 50s. He was so popular.
28.02.2026 01:28 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Itβs good to get a start, small though it may be.
27.02.2026 21:50 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It feels so good!
27.02.2026 21:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Inside the greenhouse. Everything is alive, but still not growing much. Hopefully, the coming warmer spell will help that.
The peas in their new home. After I'd planted the 4 larger ones, I noticed 2 tiny sprouts that had just emerged, so I stuck them between others. Trellis is ready, and they are mostly ready to attach to it.
Garden progress! The peas went into the ground, outside the greenhouse this morning. Even my favorite garden store had them outside with no protection. I am so ready for everything else to start growing!
27.02.2026 19:38 β π 25 π 0 π¬ 3 π 0I do love the sunsets from this window!
27.02.2026 02:32 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The upside of the sun in my eyes is some great sunsets. This expands across my entire double window.
27.02.2026 02:17 β π 50 π 1 π¬ 3 π 0Didnβt know it existed, but I did read the book and it was wonderful.
27.02.2026 00:18 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Itβs my usual trail, but it looks different in different weather conditions and light. It is a really good trail!
26.02.2026 18:02 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Tall, bare trees alongside a trail that runs beside a large pond. Some of the pond is barely visible on the left, mostly hidden by the fog.
Cold and foggy morning, but a lovely walk nevertheless. This fog will burn off and we will be almost toasty in a couple of hours.
26.02.2026 17:06 β π 34 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0I've never been there in heavy snow. Back in late 70s I took my mom there for Mothers Day and we woke up to a lovely dusting of snow everywhere, which was rather magical.

26.02.2026 14:30 β π 27 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Lucky you! My favorite place in the world, a photographer's paradise.
26.02.2026 11:59 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0That would not be fun.
26.02.2026 01:42 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Looking out a window at the sun beginning to set within view. Forgive the spattering of cat sneezes and wet nose bumps.
Itβs reached the time of year when the sun sets outside my window again, in my eyes. And I complain about it even while feeling guilty about doing so. Serious mixed emotions. Great to see the sun again, regardless.
26.02.2026 01:14 β π 26 π 0 π¬ 4 π 0Good things happen to good people, Jean.
25.02.2026 22:44 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Oh, that is just wonderful! A couple of strong young backs get it done.
25.02.2026 21:13 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I was living in a small town in Georgia then so I doubt he was blue. Masks weren't a thing back then, but I suspect you should be able to find people who will wear a mask. (I say that living in a very blue town.)
25.02.2026 19:41 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I called an appliance repair guy from the phone book.
25.02.2026 19:37 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Inevitable. But I'm glad I managed to catch it on video. πΉ
25.02.2026 19:33 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I laugh every time I watch it, and today is a day I really needed to laugh in order to break up some tension from computer stuff.
25.02.2026 19:04 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The Mac is great. It talks with my iPhone and iPad, sometimes too much. But I can send/receive texts from it, instead of on the phone. I don't know about the PC. It's less than a year old, and the PC itself is great. It's Win 11 that's my problem. I may try to sell it.
