I'm pretty happy with the PotP rendition but Studio Series looks good.

Years ago I saw a drawing of a centaur-like parasite that was basically the same idea. Perhaps there's an entire clade of parasites that resemble classical half-human half-animal creatures. Maybe they're naturally-occurring, maybe they're escapees from some twisted laboratory.
