so I had just picked up a save I made years ago before all the new farm updates so I'm just on the default farm, I think first time round I felt a bit overwhelmed by everything you had to do without really thinking that you can just take all the tasks at your own pace and it's not that serious 😅

anxiety chest pains are easily the worst symptom of anxiety for me. dizziness too. it's the sort of thing you can't ignore or control a lot of the time, breathing exercises only do so much 😞
