100%! We were very lucky on my first and he actually got 6 months total which he took in two blocks across the year. VERY different experience this time round, which is unfortunately the norm.

Paternity leave is scandalously bad in this country. My husband is back to work today after his two-week leave period. Having had a c-section, I can't drive for 6 weeks, can't lift my toddler for at least 6 weeks and still can't do much more than the bare minimum physically...
