Interesting stats, but that's the total number going both ways. The toll is only on westbound traffic. So half that i guess? So 130,000 x 8 = $1.04m per day. That x 365 = $375m (not billion, sorry) per year. Sounds about right to maintain two honkin' bridges that straddle a salt-water bay.
