Aber es wird noch schlimmer: 🟥 Öffentliche Bloßstellung: Eine Mitarbeiterin ruft laut durch den Laden: - „Frag sie nicht, ist doch klar, dass die geklaut hat. Peinlich, ey.“ - "Trag den doch!" (weil unser Sohn wohl zu langsam lief) 🟥 Unzulässige Durchsuchung: Ihr privater Korb inkl. Bargeld und Schlüssel wurde ohne Zustimmung und in ihrer Abwesenheit durchwühlt. 🟥 Und als Krönung: Lebenslanges Hausverbot. Für alle REWE Markt-Filialen. Wohlgemerkt: Für eine Schwangere mit Kleinkind, die ihren Einkauf eigentlich noch kontrollieren wollte. 📞 Unsere Versuche, das zu klären: REWE-Kundenservice: „Wir leiten es an die Filiale weiter.“ 👉 Danach? Funkstille. REWE-Hintbox für Compliance-Meldungen: 👉 Fall wird als „Kein Hinweis auf Compliance-Verstöße“ geschlossen. Ernsthaft? Fazit: Nutzungsbedingungen? Kreative Lyrik. Kundenservice? Schwarzes Loch. Compliance? Würfeln mit Konsequenzen. Mitarbeitendenverhalten? Unterirdisch. Drei einfache Fragen an euch: 1️⃣ Ist das Einzelfall oder System? 2️⃣ Wann dürfen Kunden laut Nutzungsbedingungen tatsächlich kontrollieren? 3️⃣ Warum bleibt REWE bei Beschwerden stumm?
