I know this should not need to be said, but informing your community of a specific member’s very public bad behavior is neither bullying nor slander. When someone acts unsafely, or acts in such a way to indicate that they are unsafe, informing other members of the community is always a good thing.

There has been way too much going on this holiday season. Just want things to slow down a little, but that has apparently been too much to ask of the universe.

Boss seemingly forgot it needed any fixes. Director also told my boss to oversee finishing this contract, and not two hours later, my boss asked me to fix his blunders.

It’s hard to tell if I am experiencing weaponized incompetence or just regular incompetence from boss. Fuck it. Bcc our director on response to thread where I fix my boss’s fuck ups on a contract. My director did not know it needed fixes and was told it was ready for the Board meeting last week.
