The kids I knew when I did youth work are starting to look middle aged so I must be getting on.

I usually don’t feel old until I see a young person is now old.

One of my friends some times goes live on Facebook and whenever he dos FB sends me a notification to suggest I watch because my Sister in Law’s friends follow him. I’d have thought him being my friend would be reason enough.

Not that his behaviour with me ever became what was warned but he did wrong me on other ways

Someone who betrayed me in the past sees to be in the process of befriending someone in my life. I’m concerned about it. But is been 20 years. I suppose someone could have changed in two decades.

One day the woman across the road moved in with the guy next door and a new woman moved in with her ex. The guy next door had been sober for 12 years and then wasn’t and ended up evicted. And then they swapped women and she went back across the road

This happens on my street a fair bit. Someone throws someone out of their house, calls them a whore, lots of shouting and throwing things. Next day they are usually back together.

Last night I was dreaming i was watching Big Brother but with the characters of #neighbours. There was some Ellix action.

People with style seems so cool. They have cool pants and a fancy top and a belt that represents something and maybe a brooch in the shape of a bug.
I will wear one dress and that’s it.

It makes me sick to think someone could be a trillionaire.

Maybe is the former youth worker in me but I also wouldn’t have taken a phone call while helping the homeless teenager. #neighbours

Dads fine and should be sent back home tomorrow.

It’s such a relatable feeling. Leaving someone at the hospital is one of the worst things to do. I also cry on the way back to the car but I’m also the adult who has to carry myself out of there.

There is a man staying in the bed next to dad in the hospital who has a granddaughter who is committed to looking after her Pop and furious at her mum for not letting her sleep at the hospital with him and cries as they carry her out at the end of the day.

Sometimes Seek sends me a notification to say they think I’d be ideal for the job I’m currently doing with the company I’m currently employed by and this feels like the most positive feedback I’m currently receiving.
