里芋のセレベスです｡年末に剥いた皮を菜園の隅に埋めたら春に芽が出て､葉が黄色くなり始めたので霜が降りる前に収穫してみました｡

急に寒くなってきました｡

ジャガイモや里芋の剥いた皮を､時々菜園の隅に埋めているのですが､こちらは里芋のセレベスです｡

昨年末に､お節料理用に剥いた皮を埋めたのですが､春に芽が出て何とか育ちました｡手前の葉が黄色くなり始めたので､霜が降りる前に収穫してみました｡

少し早かったようですが､皮からですので嬉しいです｡親芋はきんぴらに､小芋は煮物にしようと思います｡

玄関脇の大好きな秋明菊が咲き始めました｡

昨日栗を2kg頂戴し､今日は朝から栗剥きをしました｡大きなものは4cmぐらいあり､毎年恒例の渋皮煮を作りました｡残りは栗ご飯にしたいと思います｡

夏野菜も終わり菜園を耕し始めています｡玄関脇では大好きな秋明菊が咲き始め､ようやく秋を感じています｡

昨日は秋の味覚の栗を2kg頂戴し､今日は栗剥きから始まりました｡

大きなものは4cmぐらいあり､毎年恒例の渋皮煮を作りました｡残りは栗ご飯にしたいと思います｡
