LA Vision sounds like a knock of of British Knights.

Something with superheroes inserted into the 90s. How would they deal with the LA Riots, Gulf War, the war on drugs, and Image comics? I kid about the last one (maybe not if they are influenced by them) but how would they unintentionally mess things up even more?
