I disagree. We criticize Trump/Elon for not being surgical in his approach to cut spending. He's just gutting entire departments. And now we're telling black folk to boycott Target and other retailers altogether??!! No. Go to target but buy black owned products only. Be surgical. Be shrewd, be wise.
