3 deputies were serving an eviction notice on Michael Halberstam, in the upscale Bermuda Club. Halberstam retrieved a weapon and fired at the deputies, Flowers said.

An unidentified locksmith called to assist with the eviction was listed in critical condition and underwent surgery at the hospital.
