For Mucor, there is some data for high dose AmB based on limited clinical studies, especially for CNS infection, of note no additional renal toxicity detected w high dose Rx, 'AmB toxicity may be overrated' per Dr Farmakiotis , and rec care w fluid overload and subsequent diuretic use
