I've had the most productive weekend, chores and exercise speaking, in months.
Now have signs of a cold creeping in so time for some chamomile tea with honey and an early night I think

Anyone else tired of being forced to find out when they did not fuck around?

Not sure how it'll travel for a work snack, but my other half can definitely swap out some of his home snacks with it

It's a baked one, wanted crunchy/ crispy.
There are bits that are awesome, and bits that crumbled.
Will just use the crumbled bits on top of my overnight oats

I adapted a monash recipe so probably so should have just done it as is 🤣

Tried to make low fodmap oat & seed bars, but have made very expensive granola.
Will need to work on binding next time
