And as if today couldn't get any better - they are now talking about NETBALL on the Radio 4 news at the start of the new netball Super League. 3 million women play netball in the UK yet it is still largely ignored in mainstream media.

There is now clearly a viable political force on the left. One that won’t take money from big donors so that its core values are corrupted. One that will fight for environmental, social and economic justice. And of course, drug policy reform. 🤩💚💚💚

The New Statesman podcast on the Gorton & Denton by-election was really informative but a key point was missed. A Green vote isn’t tactical to keep Reform out. A Green vote in G&D is a vote of conscience for a political belief that matches your own. Labour have shown they are no longer a left party.

I agree with the Labour cllrs calls for improved sports facilities in Bristol - but the source of the funds to pay for this would jeopardise critical infrastructure in the city centre. Also - they seem to be unaware that a review of the city's sport strategy is coming this year.
