Finally got to the final few Solar Opposites episodes and while the conclusions to both the main storyline and the aqall felt kinda rushed, I still really enjoyed them. You can kinda tell they were trying to leave it open for if it gets picked up, but if it doesn't I'll be pretty satisfied here tbh.

In BotW, the ancient Sheikah culture is only hinted at, and Hyrule is only barely bouncing back after the calamity. In TotK, we actually get to *meet* the people that influenced the ancient Sheikah, and we actually get to *see* modern day Hyrule forming its roots. It's such a natural extension!

Current day Hyrule actually gets to band together after being so devastated by the aftermath of the calamity! Lookout Landing slowly populates as you complete each area, as does your party with the sages!! The world is rebuilding and fighting back thanks to Link and Zelda's influence! It's so good!!

Zelda gets to actually experience the ancient world she's always been obsessed with!! Seeing the consequences of Rauru's mistakes and how he had to sacrifice himself in the past timeline is what leads to her making her own sacrifice to save the future timeline!! It's so good!!

Been watching my sister play Tears of the Kingdom and it's reminding me how much this game rules and how excited I am to see more of ancient Hyrule in Age of Imprisonment :)
