And maybe it's my age that makes them think it's even weirder to have such a visceral connection to a tour like that, but it just makes me feel sad for people who have never felt something like that either bc they haven't had the chance to or aren't the type of person who thinks magic exists.

(*vibed) But what really floored me was matching energy with 70,000 OTHER PEOPLE all singing every word, at the top of their lungs, like a COLLECTIVE CATHARTIC EXPERIENCE. And the amount of times I've tried to explain the MAGIC of that to other people and THEY JUST DON'T GET IT.

And instead I felt like I belonged. I was given a few bracelets, got kind comments about my outfit, and just vibes off the collective excitement in the stadium.

Music has always been my thing - show and spectical, big emotions, big crescendos. Always overwhelms me in the best way. And even with some of the most devoted fanbases, there was still usually just a portion of the crowd that would sing every word, get crazy excited, etc

I've been to a lot of shows in my life (Gen X here), a lot of big names and a lot of newer ones. And I still don't think I will ever experience what I did at the Eras Tour (thread).
