Lower pitch, feet flat on the floor, knees are straight up from your ankle, and your back is straight. You will more than likely need to sit on the edge of your chair when you sit.
And that's about all I have for when it comes to singing. If I got something wrong, please politely correct me.

I usually drink room temperature bottled tea for singing, and tea helps keep any throat pains down. You should also keep a straight posture when singing so your diaphragm is able to move properly. If you want to sing in a higher pitch, standing straight up is better.

For training your voice to be in key, it may be helpful to listen to a few notes and try to replicate that note to better help you sing in tune. You also want to drink plenty of fluids, I personally suggest water or tea.

Also, when singing, it's best to know that you sound lower in your own head. So if you sing, turn on your mic tracking so you can hear yourself in your earbuds. This might help you know where you need to sound in your head to be in key.

Before singing, you should always do a vocal warm up, this will warm up your vocals, so this way, you can have a bit more control or something in your voice. Beware, for I will say what everyone else says for singing, it takes practice and patience.
