Yeah. There were little hints earlier, like Jango calling Dooku “Darth” Tyrannus, thus tipping Yoda/Mace off to Sith involvement. But the Dooku/Obi scene lays it out more clearly.

Yep. Never confirmed officially, but looking at how the name is handled in the finished film (and considering how extra-ropey that whole storyline turned out to be) it's hard to shake the notion that "Sifo" was created in ADR and reshoots.
