I used to walk 1-2 hours a day on the trails till one day I could hardly make it to the bathroom in time. It took 1 1/2 years to get surgery. So, I was consuming as much as usual but not working it off. I love to cook so gained 50 lbs in that year & 1/2.

That’s exactly what I’ve heard. If you don’t do the PT, don’t waste your time doing the surgery.
I gained a lot of weight before my surgery because I could hardly walk & was stress eating because I couldn’t walk. FAFO, LOL
This is two weeks after surgery & got my staples out.

I’m grateful to live in Canada.
