If the deployment of the National Guard to Washington DC was ruled by the court to be illegal - although the ruling was stayed for a short period of time - doesn't that make the deployment of an extra 500 troops also illegal?

How does that work during the period of stay on that ruling?

What Hegseth did by ordering the survivors of the first missile strike be killed by another one, was NOT a "war crime", given that USA is NOT at war with Venezuela and the boat crews were not combatants.

It was straight-up MURDER.

And those who carried out the illegal orders were also guilty.

Main problem with Congress oversight of Hegseth and Trump murder investigation is that Trump can - and will - pardon anybody, including himself.

Wouldn't it be better to consider indictments either at state level, or International Court level, where Trump CAN'T pardon criminals?

Is Trump pardoning Hernandez, ex-president of Honduras, & a convicted big-time drug trafficker, in order to get a slice of the action?

Is Trump getting a huge payoff, or an ongoing piece of the cartel?

Presidential pardons, with no reasons given, & no accountability, are goldmines of corruption!

If Trump DOES start an illegal war with Venezuela, without Congress's backing, surely that would be the time that the US military should step in & arrest Trump, Hegseth, Rubio, & the whole cabinet of cronies?
