Agreed. I remember first playing in on my XB1 and I was blown away by the scope of it all. Particularly the dense crowds of NPCs.

I bought the PS5 version, so looking forward to trying it out. Also, I’ve visited Versailles since I first played it, so that’ll be nice.

I expect it was probably rubbish as well. It was actually a good single player game. The marketing around it being co-op made me think it was the main focus.

Did we play it co-op? I don’t remember. I bought it quite a while after launch on XB1 for about three quid, and they’d sorted most of the issues with it by then.

Currently only £3.74 on PlayStation. I am tempted, as would like to play this again.

Doing that tomorrow. I’ve been to St Peter’s before but I’m doing the museums and everything else. Main reason for me coming back, annoys me that I missed it before.

First came here 13 years ago. And it was pretty amazing as it was very quiet and we walked around it for ages, but we didn’t go inside it. Today, it was extremely busy, so not the same but I’m going to try and explore the interior while I’m here. My hotel is right next to it.

Been to Italy many times, but I’ve never been this time of year, so I’m surprised to learn that February doesn’t exist here. It’s basically late Spring instead.

Must’ve been Isle of Dogs. Left ten minutes into the film because numerous people brought their screaming newborn babies into it. Years later, I am still baffled by that.

Re-watched Manhunter a few weeks ago. Good god, he was effectively creepy in it. Robocop 2 is also a much better film for having him in it.

Not sure if you gents are touring more in the south/east of England this year, but we just saw Meryl Streek at our local venue in Essex and it went down a storm. You guys would fucking kill it there.

It’s been 84 years of Marvel continuity and it’s scrambled my brain. I have no idea if Steve Rogers or Anthony Mackie is Captain America. Charles Xavier has died at least four times, but they keep (literally) wheeling out Patrick Stewart. I’m so tired.

Thought I was thoroughly jaded with Marvel, and then Wonder Man comes along and it’s damned enjoyable it is.

I am a little concerned that they’ve lost the casual audience though. That usually means they’ll compromise massively on future seasons or the show will basically die on its arse. Stupid bean counter world that we live in.

Me, though… I’ve played through New Vegas three or four times, so I was in my element. Seeing all those locations recreated with perfect attention to detail is staggering. The tone of the world is just spot on.

I feel like you’d get a lot less out of Fallout season two if you haven’t played New Vegas. Everything is spread quite a bit thinner, there’s a hell of a lot of factions, and enough moving parts to make your head spin.

The Catherine O’Hara news prompted me to re-watch the Golden Globes episode of The Studio. Probably the funniest bit of TV in recent memory. Just relentless cringe.

Fucking hell. That’s so sad, and her career has been pretty stellar the last few years. Damn.
