Most days I burn between 800 and 1100 calories in about two hours. ( I eat between 2500 and 3000 a day right now.) My pace and intensity are pretty high throughout the workouts. My upper body days both have 2 hypertrophy circuits built in. Leg day is a few core with big weight.

I want to be strong. I want to be fast. I want to intimidate those alpha-incel-bigot-fuck boys who like to target vulnerable people or groups.

But if I answered on a deeper level, I’d say:
I want the aesthetics of a comic book super hero.
