Iran is displeased with MBC's Muawiyah, but and more suprisingly, Al Azhar is also displeased. Adding to Iran, the show is also banned in Iraq.
MBC already aired a Ramadan show about Muawiyah in 2023 and then it was Muqtada Al Sadr who was displeased.
