These SUVs are nearly always spotless, have clearly never been used for sport or utility/have never been off road, and often have personalised number plates and tinted windows. No need for them full stop, let alone in the city, for most folks.
17.10.2025 14:25 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I'd love to see this in Edinburgh, if not for the environment then just for the wails of anguish coming from certain parts of the city.
17.10.2025 14:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0My father's passion project for the latter part of his life was collating as many codenames as possible and writing about the operations. Endlessly fascinating.

Itβs my OHβs publication day. So proud of him.
06.05.2025 12:27 β π 7 π 2 π¬ 0 π 1Water of Leith area is lovely, and Leith is great for pubs and restaurants. I wouldn't necessarily spend money on things like the Castle unless you're a history buff - you can walk up to the Esplanade for the view.
06.03.2025 08:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The Borders are quite lovely (but tend not to get quite so much love as the Highlands) - not a lot of 'attractions' but some great walks and historical sites, and the eastern side readily accessible by train from Edinburgh or a short drive. 06.03.2025 08:35 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Justin's a great writer, a proper gent and a great conversationalist. Read his books.

27.02.2025 07:05 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Wrestling with getting documents together and sent for property stuff has made me want a drink. It's not too early for a beer, is it?
21.02.2025 10:42 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I'm very glad my parents never tried to raise me as anything, and the compulsory stuff at school just kinda washed off me.
08.02.2025 17:31 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0And now for someone with a similar name, whose email address is one full stop away from mine, in Virginia, US. All of these emails appear legit and contain personal information (so the company is potentially breaching GDPR if my emails are similarly going to other folk).
05.02.2025 08:25 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Stepping away from the unmitigated batshittery of the previous most powerful country in the world - has anyone else been getting emails intended for people with very similar names and email addresses? I've had emails for people with the same name as mine in Rhode Island, US and Ontario, Canada.
05.02.2025 08:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Right. I AM going to have a productive writing day.
24.01.2025 09:03 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Well, may as well make my inaugural post here all about me - self promotion is the point of social media, no? getbook.at/GunsZanzibar
