Added a hub cleaner to my bike under the supervision of Janne the jackdaw. He’s the local janitor always checking out what I’m working on. 5 seconds after I stopped filming he flew up on the saddle for the final inspection.

My beloved slippers were starting to wear out again, so I fixed them!
I’ve always been interested in how things work and how to fix them if broken. And one of the most important things I’ve learned is to never strive for perfection, because then you’ll never finish.

The new bird feeder is a bit too heavy to spin from the lightweight birds. I need to make more adjustments to make everything a bit lighter.

I’ve been feeding the local jackdaws and magpies since I moved here, almost three years ago.
I befriended the local clattering of jackdaws at my previous home too. They came to trust me enough to eat out of my mouth and play games with me.
