They’re just an emulator, they’re doing the same stuff your favorite emulators do. Having a patreon isn’t illegal. Yuzu is free, donations accepted. They don’t give on the roms required, they don’t give out the encryption keys. No different than rpcs3 or pcxs2.

If Nintendo wasn’t a bunch of scumbags they wouldn’t have to be so worried about people not paying for their products and using emulators instead. Maybe make a system that can run 1080p 60fps+. Have more sales and stop charging 70 dollars for glorified mobile games.
