Time and again, FFG show they can't be trusted. They don't work for us. This is why we need the Triple Lock. Without it, there is nothing to stop them involving our Defence Forces in the likes of this.

For Micheál Martin and Helen McEntee this is apparently the moment for what is according to them still a "neutral" country to "boost military cooperation" with the United States, France and Britain.

The US has just launched a war of aggression in violation of the UN Charter with the genocidal Zionist regime as an accomplice. Attacks on schools. 100s of kids dead. Regional war likely. France and Britain up to their necks in this act of international barbarity, itching to get directly involved.

Fair play to Cllr Perry and the other Cllrs who supported this motion, and to everyone who went out to City Hall yesterday to show support.

It has received no attention in our national press, but this brings to 13 the number of councils and local authorities across our island that have passed motions to defend the Triple Lock. The FFG government is determined, but there is no consent for they want to do.

Excellent result. 39 Cllrs voted in favour of Cllr Cieran Perry's motion to save the Triple Lock. An overwhelming rebuke to the government's plans to scrap one of the central pillars of neutrality.

Yesterday Shannonwatch documented two US Air Force Hercules C-130H aircraft landing at Shannon Airport. Is the government going to do anything to uphold Ireland's international responsibilities?
