Well was going to give an update on the next layer of paint ,but due to technical difficulties . Most of the paint did not survive the firing.

But if I can paint it once I can do it again and hopefully a whole lot better

Well after 3 failed attempts to reach a point that I was happy with the first shading layer on the sub’s/saint’s face

First layer painted and fired off to the second

Been cooking this guy up for a little bit and finally got the time (and glass ) to make a silly little panel(if you can consider 11x27” little😉)

Hehe so maybe I also dabble in stained glass art , and this is one of my current projects I’ve been slowly working on when I get the time

Inspired by my very first copper plate etching (“bird lady”). As I worked on translating my old drawings into glass patterns.

So maybe I’m a bit of a procrastinator (and very forgetful) but here was the finished sketch for the center panel for this big guy (though sadly still don’t have access to a printing press yet, )
