from the ACLU of West Virginia. Breaking: the Trump administration unlawfully revoked a Marshall University grad student's legal status one month before his graduation. We just filed a federal lawsuit on the student's behalf. We'll see the Trump administration in court.

WV Governor Morrisey has signed SB 456, which codifies the definition of “men” and “women” in West Virginia, into law.
It bans transgender people from accessing spaces like bathrooms, locker rooms, shelters and prisons that correspond with their gender identity.
