When you do that your body and mind will do the rest. \n\nBut if you expect everything to be better too soon, or you expect healing to mean the total elimination of any scars, then you’ll always feel like there is a problem to be fixed.

The reason this is good news is that you are not at the mercy of what happened to you or the people you employ to help you through it. You are very much in the driving seat. You can work with them to create the right conditions for natural healing to take place.
