I wonder what it would look like if the spotlight only officially shifts on failures, however on rolls with fear the GM still collects their fear and, if fictional circumstances make sense, the GM can interrupt and activate an adversary in direct response to the source of the fear result.

(1) I've had a few AP showcases of #ShadowlightAndPersonaeRPG , both for demo (self progress) purposes and for charity events, but none that I think I could point to that transformed my sales overnight.

(2) A big avenue like Many Sided Media, One Shot, or similar.

“The Hidden Halls of Hazakor,” a 5e campaign adventure I wrote to teach young beginner GMs how to run games, got a shout-out on GeekDad after it came out. It generated a ton of sales because it created awareness of the product outside of “regular” RPG circles, and I’d take more of that any day.
