Personally I haven’t seen anything like that from any packs I’ve opened, also a quick search can’t find anything like that online. The only way you can get the sol ring foil is surge foil from a collector pack.

You can’t pull the commander cards with the turtle shell set symbol from a play booster. The only non-standard legal cards you get from play boosters are the Source Material cards occasionally.

Went 2-1 in the first pre release event of the day!
