One of the factors in Robyn's death was the lack of sideguards on commercial trucks.

The original truck sideguard patent was issued July 24th, 1896 (that is not a typo). Most other countries require truck sideguards and have so for a decade or more.

I looked on Amazon and it says I've until August 8th to return the Jasion Hunter Pro eBike.

The staff at Taco Bell saw me putting together the eBike on that hot afternoon and thoughtfully brought out to me some soft shell tacos and a large drink.

After several calls to support, on July 21st, I wrote a long eMail explaining all that occurred.

I received a reply on July 23rd, which is excerpted just about the color issue. I'll skeet later about the battery.

It was not practical for me to keep the box, but it was clearly marked as brown.

When the eBike arrived at the UPS Store, I decided to walk there, assemble it and ride it back.

That did not happen!

First off I discovered a brown eBike was shipped to me and not a blue one. This was not the biggest issue, the eBike would not power up.

I should have returned it to Amazon then!

As I have been wanting an eBike because of my bad knees, after some research and a sale, I ordered a Jasion a blue Hunter Pro on July 1st.

The day after I ordered the eBike, the company informed me that there would be a five day delay in shipment.

I didn’t receive the eBike until July 10th.

For those who know me personally, they will tell you I prefer to avoid conflict and seek the middle ground.

With Jasion Bike this has not been the case.

Let me explain, the last day of June the transmission failed on my advocacy minivan. The shop said it would cost $3,000 to $5,000 to repair.

I try to personalize them as much as possible. When this isn't the case, I link two of the QR codes to ghostbikes.org and familiesforsafestreets.org.

To me it is important to say more than just a cyclist died here.

I've been making ghost bike signs. For some locations that have sign posts with holes, there is one type of hardware I use. For places with poles, there is hardware with a large worm strap. At Wendy's I frequent the signs were falling down, so I fixed them for free and got to use the strap hardware.
