Okay, Thunderbird is not available for iOS. Buuuut, it's available for desktops. For iOS, you’re sorta screwed for FOSS stuff and so far the best alternative imo is to just use the default Mail app since it can still connect to regular IMAP servers

There's Thunderbird for Android, although I’m not sure if it's on Apple or not. For calendars I’m not so sure, you might be able to find something on F-Droid
