That's Congress, and same problem - Republicans control the chambers, so on Mike Johnson or John Thune could order someone held in inherent contempt. Also, there's no place to hold them - the Capitol doesn't have a jail.

You need aircraft, yes. You don't need a queen bed and his-and-her toilets in that aircraft.

They can hold her in civil contempt (fines), but a criminal contempt ruling would not be enforceable because the DOJ handles prosecution and also employs the U.S. Marshals and federal court officers who would arrest her.
