I like to think this is essentially what I was trying to convey. There is a larger population looking for starter homes than there is a population with a mid level home looking to upgrade.

IF there is a market for more expensive homes. No expert on this by ANY stretch of the imagination but the social media i consume suggests there is a greater demand for entry level stock than high end stock. Happy to be educated, though. It is social media, after all 😀
