I make my own fairly regularly, it's just nice that someone brings you some especially on your birthday. Also I've never used eggs in my mix. I also put a bit of mace and sage in mine, thanks for the recipe though.

Prepping today's lunch/dinner and yet again the other half is arguing that I make yorkies wrong. I do an equal volume of eggs, plain flour and milk along with seasoning. I have always done this, trained and worked as a chef for 20 years and won awards for my Sunday roasts but I'm doing it wrong. 🤣
