Creepy statue of a mother and son.

So they have this statue outside Finchley Hospital.
Presumably the son sneaks off into the wards at night to harvest the souls of the poor inpatients to pacify his immortal, ungodly mother.
Only then will she feed him from her pernicious tit of malevolence.
Anyway, I’m going home for a lie down.

Keep getting inundated with pictures of cats on here like they’re the answer to something. I mean, I don’t mind cats. They’re okay. Some are even cute. They’re in the same category as babies-once you’ve seen one, you generally get the gist of all the others. Get the feeling this makes me sound evil

Hammersmith Bridge with blue skies and the River Thames

Hammersmith looking lovely. Had a walk along the river and suddenly there was police everywhere. Football, apparently. I’ll never understand it.

On the bus and a teenager is playing The Chase on his phone with the sound on full. Is this a thing now? Has The Chase always been cool? Can’t imagine hordes of kids playing Countdown outside McDonald’s but maybe times have changed.
