I agree with you for sure. All of my professional chefs prefer the clean finish but I have plenty of people who order the forged chefs. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That green material is going to be on the out side so that’s what you will feel. It is the best feeling handle material I’ve ever worked with. It’s called Grip-Tec. It’s a new rubberized epoxy that is super grippy.

My wife has lost 120 pounds on Wegovy. As a knife maker I’m worried about the loss of energy she had through the process. I’m hoping that if I start the work out routine now and get on that stuff in a few months it will help with the energy levels I need in the shop. 🤷🏻‍♂️
