I have that book! Lots of gorgeous things in there. I haven't made anything from it yet, but it's a lovely addition to the library.

I just got to the part where you start decreasing the front panel, and I of course read the directions wrong. In order to not have a partial flower on the edge (which just won't work), make your last row of the body a SOLID MC row. I had to frog back a bit to make that happen.

I just looked up side effects of histamine and luckily I'm not experiencing anything extreme. I suffer from chronic migraines but lately they've gotten better. I only had one severe one last month (usually have 7-10)!

Actually I've had to raise it a couple times. My symptoms are way too severe without it (dysuria). I've been doing much better overall with it. So incredibly grateful for HRT. I guess some of us wouldn't survive naturally without medical intervention.

Ever since I started HRT, chicken makes my palms tingle! I just avoid chicken and it's generally ok. So far my doctors haven't heard of that but my sister has that issue too. I also get low grade fevers if I get cold (even before I knew perimenopause started). The list is endless.

For years I've been wanting to get into the embroidering inspirational phrases craze. I borrowed the Feminist Cross-Stitch by Stephanie Rohr from my library and made this based on the first pattern in the book. Next up: "Don't tell me to smile"😍🏳️‍🌈 #feministcrossstitch

Ooh I see them!

Bummer! I've started carrying a mini project in my purse that doesn't require a pattern. I realize this means sometimes I have 2 projects with me. I feel your pain.

Today I managed to work on it from a hanging bag on my peloton and a walk outside. I bring it everywhere (I'm sure my tennis elbow does not appreciate this). It might get harder to do that when it grows. But don't feel bad, even just 2 rows takes a lot of time!

I started gauge swatching for the pressed flowers cardigan! Lesson learned: watch a tutorial on mosaic knitting first because intarsia style will not work for this. I had no idea you could work one color per row and get this effect. I am obsessed!!
