B & I are beginning our extraction from the Spotify ecosystem. We've already got YouTube Premium, which comes with YouTube Music Premium so we'll use that.

Got the YTM app & was pleasantly surprised they've got a 3rd party service to transfer playlists & etc from Spotify, & it's free for Premium!

Oooo ooo get a Garmin smart watch, they have a free API so you can code up anything you want, if it doesn't already do it.

Don't assume you can't sleep on your side with the bed raised - try it out once. You have to bend sideways in the middle but it can be done to some degree.

I'm certain that would be my response,too, so I've tried a lot of other things first. The bed wedge practically has me sitting up straight & it was what I really needed.

Do the sleep trackers tell you which phase of sleep you try to wake up during? You may just have bad timing.

Also sleep trackers lie about quality. In my case I wasn't breathing well enough. Elevating my upper body with a wedge made a huge difference.
